WITHDRAWAL FOR ORDERS:

JMG SHOP LLC offers the opportunity to return the article using the return procedure directly from your user panel in a few clicks. Simply go to your order history, select the order for which you wish to withdraw and follow the procedure in a few clicks. If this option is chosen, we will send an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal by email.

When the product is returned to our warehouse, JMG will either refund it or issue a credit without an expiry date which can be used on https://jmg2shop.com/. Please, make sure to let us know how you want to receive your refund via the contact form.

The withdrawal can be exercised within 45 days of receipt of the goods.
